B Corp in progress…

From day one, our ambition was to create an agency culture that encourages and supports creativity. To build a business that treats those as we would like to be treated; with kindness and respect.

As time has past and the business has grown older, our focus has shifted towards our impact. Not just on our brilliant team, but also into the design community and the environment. Whilst we’ve taken steps towards this – annual pro-bono work for local charities; our Open Internship scheme that aims to improve equality and diversity in the industry; mentoring at local universities and colleges; we know we can do better.

At the end of 2022 we made the commitment to go further and put policies in place that would ensure that we’re operating the business in a way that has a positive impact on the world around us. This promise led us to B Corp.

Why B Corp?

From our studio in Bristol, we partner with brands all over the world. As we look to evolve and grow the business over the coming years, it’s our responsibility to ensure that we’re managing growth in a measured and sustainable way.

The belief that creativity can inspire change has underpinned both our work and our studio ethos for the past 12 years. It continues to be our north star as we grow. Applying for B Corp feels like a natural next step for us; a progression from internal policy changes and the forward-thinking, purpose-driven companies we work with.

Finally, it holds us to account. Once achieved, certification is reviewed every three years to ensure long-term commitment. It is a rigorous process that looks holistically at a business; it’s stakeholders, community, and the world in which it exists.

It’s a unique process that once complete, will help guide us into the next phase of our journey. We will be sharing news and progress updates on on our blog. To get this straight to your inbox, sign up to our weekly newsletter.
