What we’re looking for
As Senior Client Partner, you’ll lead some of our most important client relationships, guiding brand, digital and design teams through every stage of a project, from strategic inception to creative delivery. You’re both a trusted advisor and a leader: calm, strategic and committed to ensuring the work not only lands beautifully but drives our clients’ businesses forward.
You combine strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and creative empathy – able to zoom out to see the big picture while staying close enough to the detail to make confident calls. You set the tone for how we show up with clients: forward-looking, collaborative, commercially sharp, and above all, trusted.
You’ll work closely with our Creative and Partnership Directors to grow accounts, identify opportunities, and ensure our work remains emotionally powerful, effective, and aligned with both client goals and agency ambitions – unafraid to ask the questions that make the work better.
Experience working with tech (SaaS, financial, AI, climate) brands is a real advantage, helping you navigate complex challenges with curiosity, rigour, and confidence.
Responsibilities
The role centres around delivery expertise, coupled with strategic and commercial acumen with a hyper focus on client partnerships. Below are the core responsibilities that shape how we deliver work and support our clients. How much you lean into each one will naturally shift – from project to project, and from phase to phase – but together they form the foundation for success.
1. Strategic Client Partnerships
● Build and nurture long-term client relationships rooted in trust, insight, and strategic value, shaping the overall client experience.
● Act as senior counsel, connecting creative ambition with commercial outcomes and navigating challenges with empathy and confidence.
● Lead regular project reviews and project health checks, identifying growth opportunities, areas for improvement, and plans to mitigate risk.
2. Commercial Leadership
● Partner with the Client Partnerships Director and SLT to identify opportunities, develop proposals, and craft commercially sound scopes and estimates.
● Own revenue performance, forecasting, billing, and financial reporting across your projects, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and profitability.
● Negotiate contracts, fees, and shifting deliverables to align expectations, avoid surprises, and demonstrate the value of our work.
3. Creative Enablement
● Partner with Creative and Strategy Directors to ensure work meets our benchmarks for creative standards and strategic intent, always grounding decisions in strategy.
● You’ll champion our feelings-first approach, helping clients see how emotionally-led, strategically-grounded design drives real business impact.
● Bring clarity and momentum to projects, ensuring the right inputs, decisions, and approvals happen at the right time.
● Contribute actively to the creative conversation, bringing insight, curiosity, and a client lens while protecting creative integrity and balancing timelines and budgets.
4. Operational Excellence
● Oversee end-to-end project delivery, resource allocation, workflow efficiency, and best-in-class communication across teams.
● Proactively refine and improve internal processes to support better and more sustainable delivery and client relationships.
● Anticipate challenges early and remove roadblocks before they impact the work or team.
5. Team Leadership & Mentorship
● Support and mentor Client & Delivery Partners, helping them grow capability, confidence, and autonomy.
● Foster an accountable, collaborative, and positive culture within project teams.
● Model resilience, transparency, and calm under pressure — especially during challenging phases of delivery.
