Building tomorrow, together: A new kind of Partnership

We’re excited to announce some changes within the team. It marks a shift towards a new approach – one that better reflects who we are today, and where we’re going next.

Over the past 15 years, like any business, we’ve evolved. Most recently, this manifested in our rebrand  – a collaborative effort shaped by our team – to sharpen our proposition and express with greater clarity, what makes us different and why that matters.

At our core, we’re a dedicated team giving form to feeling – blending brand and digital to move businesses forward. That’s reflected in all facets of how we operate, both internally and externally. A natural progression from this is the repositioning of our client services team, who have always worked closely together with our clients to deliver impactful work.

That’s why we’re evolving from an Accounts Team to a Client Partnerships Team – built on collaboration, trust, and shared ambition.

Built for the future

Partnerships is a mindset. It’s about shared ambition, moving forward together, and relationships built on honesty, curiosity and care.

Our Client Partnerships team are creative and strategic, dedicated and passionate – and differentiated in the strength and depth of the relationships they forge. Their role extends far beyond day-to-day account management.

Trusted client partners with a focus on long-term growth and strategic collaboration, Client Partnerships is a truer reflection of the service they provide, and the approach they bring to other areas of the business.

This change doesn’t alter what we do day-to-day; it simply gives a name to the relationships we’ve been building all along. It’s a strategic repositioning that allows us to communicate with greater clarity, consistency, and confidence. By putting Partnership at the heart of our team, we’re making a promise to keep listening, challenging, and celebrating real progress and growth together.

Gabby Luciani, Client Partnerships Director

This is one of a few changes we’re making as we continue to grow. The details have always mattered to us – they’re what turn what we do into something people really feel. So while the change itself is small, it represents a bigger shift in how we think, create, and show up as an agency.

Our work runs on energy and optimism. We’ve always aimed to create positive experiences — for our clients, and for each other. In turn, that builds stronger relationships, greater retention, and more sustainable growth.
