Talkwalker are the market leader in conversational intelligence. Their state-of-the-art analytics platform uses AI-powered technology to monitor and analyse online conversations for brands and agencies worldwide.
With global offices and a client base of over 2,000 companies, Talkwalker came to us to help change perceptions of the brand with a radical overhaul of their visual identity.
Despite its audience reach and scale, the Talkwalker brand was out of sync with its success. In danger of putting the company at a disadvantage, the brand needed a full strategic review.
Through a deep immersion into the business we landed on the idea of Accessible Intelligence, a core brand principle that combines Talkwalker’s main strengths – intelligent technology, made simple.
Using sentiment data from the brand’s platform, we created an emotive moodcloud icon which encompasses a subtle speech bubble. We combined this with a custom typelogo using Forno by Pizza Typefaces.
The new brand system was implemented into the Talkwalker website, including a number of key pages, a bespoke set of icons and a series of video animations that demo the software and help bring the brand to life.
