My oh my, how time flies. It’s been a month since we attended the 2014 Net Awards at London’s Grand Connaught Rooms. We were shortlisted from a list of twenty digital agencies from across the world in the New Agency of the Year category. We were up against some stiff competition with Australian creative studio Agency, Bath-based digital agency Mud and New York full-service agency Cadre.
After a champagne reception, three course meal and a stand up routine by 8 Out Of 10 Cats funny man Alun Cochrane (yeah, neither had we), it was down to business. There were some big names from the world of design and development with MailChimp, Sublime Text, SASS, GDS and Teehan+Lax all picking up awards for some truly innovative projects.
Saving the best for last however, the winner of the New Agency of the Year was awarded to Agency for their work with human and animal rights organisations such as Amnesty International, WWF and Greenpeace. Stiff competition indeed!
We were honoured to have been nominated for the award and be on a shortlist with some really innovative digital agencies. Thanks to everyone who voted for us. We’ll be back next year.
